Mitsubishi space wagon 2001 pazzle

Year built: 2001
Fuel: Petrol
Model: MITSUBISHI SPACE WAGON (III) 2.4 GDI
Tire Width: 205/65R15 94H
Gearbox type: Automatic
Engine Info: 4G64 108kW

car was working fine then the Timing belt was broken while driving and the car Stopped.

1. Pulled it to a Mechanic
2. Bought a used manual engine. (the car is automatic). the car doesnt start. A fuel is not getting in the engine.
3.we took it to the Mitsubishi service to check it out they said the Data check couldnt find any problems in the car beside 1 thing..they said the fuel pressure is 0.3 par and it should be 4-7 par. and the problem could be in the Mechanical fuel pump which is mounted on the Engine.
bought a used Mechanical fuel pump and installed it the problem still the same no fuel presure.

now both the Mechanic and the Mitsubishi service is telling me they don't know what is the problem.

anyone has any ideas what the hell is going on?.

the 4G64 is not a contact motor why did you replace the engine ??? if your fuel pressure is low you need a new pump

we replaced the motor because when the Timing belt broke the old one was damaged. we did replace the mechanical pump but still the same issue.

is there more than 1 pump?. and I don't know what you mean by contact motor?.

There are something wrong with those engines, very complicated, sensors every where. You can't be sure, although you've done electronic test.

there are an aid bump near the air intake unit, this bump worked with cam shaft rotation, in my opinion it must be checked (need to be changed ) and there is sensor connect with it, it could gave wrong signal.
