ok,im trying to locate my problem without replacing stuff that i dont need since im poor as heck.my 93 3000gt had a timing belt issue that munched the heads.....the guy replaced the heads etc... and now has no fuel.cant hear the pump running at all.checked the power to the plug going into the tank and when i turn the key on the bottom 2 wires have power,top three dont.not sure if thats telling me anything or not.any ideas on what to check or replace so i dont spend money on stuff i dont need?thanks for any help.
