Default question about the SAFC II

I have a 96 talon tsi with a t/3t4 hybrid 57 trim turbo, walbro 255 fuel pump, B&M command flow fpr, 750cc injectors etc... I am tuning with a SAFC II right now but i was going to build the bottom end of my car this winter and push some more boost to it. I was wondering if there is a limit as far as how much boost you can push with the SAFC. I am not trying to make an all out drag car. it is just a nice car to take out on weekends and have some fun with, still has a/c and power steering but i didn't know if iwouldhave to get dsm link after a certain amount of boost to keep up with the fuel flow and everything else. any help is appreciated. thanks

Not really a limit as to the amount of boost. That has ntohing to do with the SAFC... The SAFC will only limit you to the quality of the tune.

Well actually there is a limit to the SAFC because there is only so much tune you can do with it. And as you need larger injectors, the safc will start to be not enough. Actually id say where your at now is too much for the safc. The 750's are pretty large for it to handle. Do you have a wideband guage. Exactly how is it tuned now. If it were me i would definetly get DSMlink

Thats a little leaner than i would personally run.

What im trying to convey, is the SAFC II only limits you to the quality of your tune. There is no real 'boost limit' for SAFC, just as much as the tune will allow.

thats at idle, which doesnt say anything. You need to know what it is running during full boost. I personally think you are gonna have a hard time tuning with the safc with those mods. you need more
