1996 Mitusbishi Turbo engine wanted. I have a teal green 96 turbo purchased for son last year with 61,000 miles in perfect condition. he overheated engine and ruined engine. I would like to find an engine or sell car as is. Body is perfect, no rust or dents. Almost new tires, everything worked until the engine was driven on red. Goodrunning gear.He only drove car for 3 months and it has been sitting since last may 2006. Has under 70,000miles on car .Put new water pump on car prior to overheating.

i have an engine, it's not turboed though. It'a probably not an engine that someone would want to turbo either. The engine that you are looking for is a 4G63t, you can find them on ebay. They aren't cheap, being well over a grand. Be sure to get the non-JDM motor too, because the JDM motors don't come with any emmision "features". Here's a link to the ebay search:

Here's someone with an engine on craigslist. He says it's from a 1G Eagle Talon. It's a 4G63t, you can get it without the turbo, or buy both the turbo and engine together, just email him.
