um what are those numbers I dont think it is a phone number too little so please tell me what they are(I know this is an obvious question but I just dont know)

Got that..... 1 for sale in Tulsa, OK-- #1954 . 1991 Galant vr-4. 141k miles, all highway driven. Water pump and timing belt just replaced, a few dings on the outside. Interior is IMMACULATE with no tears in leather and a very very small wear spot on the drivers seat. I really dont want to take this on my move... and I really hate to give it up. First $4000 takes it home!!!
