I dunno? Thats what I saw last month... or at least thats what I got from it, and normally when you nominate something other people have to second it, I was in my class democarcy. 
It dosent have to be a rule though.

I was sitting here thinking wow their should be some rules for rotm or something, the I though to my self... there is. This is the way patrick set it up.
you can not nominate yourself. you can not be ROTM 2 months in a row, although anyone who has already won, can win again. nominations will be limited to 5 per month. the nominations will be closed once we reach 5, or after 2 weeks.
The way nominations will officially work:
1. Someone nominates Joes 2004 EVO
2. Someone else seconds that nomination for Joes 2004 EVO (at this point, the nomination is official)
3. Joe accepts the nomination, thus locking it in for voting

Yea thats a very good point. I think so far it has worked pretty well. Most of the time we are getting second's and people accepting. The only thing i i think a problem is the lack of active members. We need to try and get more people on here.
