roughly what does a 20b cost? The RX7 is in need of some TQ so the 2.0L would help alot compaired to the stock 1.3l 13b

 

Well if your going for more power and torque the 20b cosmo is very convinient. The engine comes with 280 hp at 6500rpm, extremely restricted, because of the hp restrictions japan had when the cosmo was released. It's easily tuned, with just computer work, to about 320hp.And like all rotatries, it can rev rediculously high, .The turbos work squentially to reduce turbo lag. Depending on were who and you buy it from, a 20b will go anywhere from 3200-5500k, in clean conditions. All come with automatic transmission ( because it was released in a luxury car) but is easily swapped with a 12A manual transmission if you preffer. Wiring it to a OBD I harness like the FD isn't that difficult because it's also was made before 96. It's a good engine to run, and rare also. I reccomend it if you want more power.

depends on how you do it. The origanal motor was destroyed when we got it same with the interior. we did the motor/tranny/interior (tan leather seats and door panels) all for $250. Paid a junk yard for a crashed TT 95 stealth and swapped everything we needed. But that is a deal of a lifetime. it only prob need the bottom end rebuilt which if you upgrade to stronger intternals while your down there I guess you could expect like $5k of work paying labor too. if not it would prob be less than that, but honestly im not to sure
