Ive got a big T28 from forced performance with less than 50 miles on it. Im looking for $600 for it. Mind you i did NOT send mine in to get rebuilt, i bought this one for $800 from forced performance

 

what is the hp rating for this turbo? also what is the spool rpm?

 

Spools up QUICKER than the evo3 big 16gand holds just as much hp as the evo3 big 16g.

 

They spool pretty fast. It's supposed to reach stock psi by 3100RPMs and it does. 14psi sucks, but 21psi is a hoot! There's only one thing that my friends notice and that's the FPB28 doesn't kick you back like the 16g will.......because chances are, it's already spooled when you hit the gas, lol. It's a pretty smooth transition. Just like the t25s.
I've only seen flow info on this turbo once and it was stated to flow 520CFM (unofficial). I haven't found any flow charts that show CFM. It's pretty close though, so this turbo only flows 30CFM less than the E316g and it's a complete drop in turbo.
