FS: Monza Red 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 R. Straman Custom Convertible
For Sale:
Monza Red 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 R. Straman Custom Convertible:
* Purchased new in August 1992, received a customized powered convertible soft top by the R. Straman Coachbuilders in Costa Mesa, California.
* Delivered to Connecticut via 18 wheel car transport and I was told this was the only such VR-4 Straman modification east of the Mississippi.
* 1-owner, the car was garaged every winter and has only 46,700 miles.
* Original chrome wheels with low mileage Toyo Proxes 4 245/45 ZR17 99W tires.
* Custom stereo including head unit, 6 disc changer, separate amplifier and subwoofer leaving lots of available storage room in the trunk (yes trunk).
* Transfer case and transmission replaced by dealer under factory recall/warranty in Sept 2006 at 40,600 miles
* Replaced clutch, timing belt and tires during the recall work, so only 6k miles post recall and she drives like brand new.
* Look around, there's nothing like this car out there.
* Asking $19,999...but make me a reasonable offer on this truly unique, low mileage 3000GT VR-4.
