have a 97-99 eclipse front bumper cover or side skirts?

 

i have just got in a small car accident at around 8mph and im going to need a new bumper, looking online i find alot of "bumper covers", is that the same as the bumper or am i going to need a bumper reinforcement also...i know this might be the wrong thread but i saw you had a front bumper cover for sale

 

will that brake conversion work with a 2g?
