Inoperable 2002 Lancer 2.0 SOHC basic model

Houston, Tx 77004 For sale whole used inoperable vehicle Maroon 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer SOHC 2.0 L base model (automatic transmission, electric windows & locks)
Price: 1200
Before the car died on me the vehicle sustained damage to the rear from a collision
Here is the mechanic's report following its demise:
"Need valve job and maybe rings
if only valve job 1200 to 1300
if needs rings 1700 to 1800"
If you really just want parts, make me an offer.
