Default 24v SOHC on 12v SOHC block?

i am looking into swapping teh diamante/eclipse 24v SOHC ontl my 12v 3.0L as far as i can tell tehy will bolt right on. head gaskets are nearly identical and all. anyone have any advice on this? thanks

BTW, the car is a 92 plymouth sundance duster FWD 3.0L SOHC 12v.
mods so far are cold air intake and 2.25" glasspack.
future prospects: single turbo pushing 9-15 Psi (9 psi yealds 260 HP up from 145 Very Happy ) p.s. this is a FUTURE mod, the TB and heads and otehrs are first priority currently
52mm or 60mm TB upgrade
above mentioned head swap (?)

thanks in advance
