I recently got in an accident with an owner of a '03 Lancer OZ Rally. I need to find a decent deal on a back bumper cover as well as what has been described as a 'bottom lift'. This part apparently has something to do with the ground effects(?). Basically, it's the lower rim of the bumper I believe, although if anyone has any idea what the proper term is for it, let me know. Thanks for any help!
