I have a 1992 Eclipse GS 2.0 Automatic with 117,000 miles for sale. It has a premium factory package, factory aluminum rims, moon roof, power windows, locks, four wheel disc breaks, etc. The only thing this car does not have is leather seats and a turbo. I have had the timing belt, water pump and belt tensioner changed. The coils went out last summer and it set until I got the money to replace them. I bought another 1992 Eclipse GS 2.0 for a parts car to replace anything I needed on the other.

I had my mechanic recently replace the coils and it started up and ran for 30 seconds and died. Now he cannot get the engine to turn over by hand, he thinks it might be seized. I cannot really afford the $500.00 to take the engine out of the other and have it put in the other Eclipse. I guarantee the engine in the parts car. It ran perfectly until I took parts of it! There is two of everything, computers and all! And we all know how much these parts are for these cars.

The white Eclipse, without running is worth what I am asking! There is only one very small, “and I mean very small” rust area above the front right tire, that’s it. The underneath is undercoated and so clean you could eat of it! It is in great shape for a 1992 and I have had many complements on it! I GUARANTEE ALL THAT IS SAID HERE AND MORE!

I AM ASKING $1000.00 a little less then I put into the car. You also get the parts car with the good engine; it has only 111,000 miles on it. The title on the white Eclipse is clear. The other does not have a title.

Manual or auton? If it's a manual you might try rolling it and droppin the clutch in gear see if the engine frees up... Also take out the spark plugs and try rolling the engine maybe even with a little (VERY little) bit of oil in each cylinder...

 

I will part it out too. I have two of everything, computers, body parts, etc.
