Default 2004 Lancer Coil not firing

What makes the coil pack fire is it crank senor or the cam senor?
both where replaced and car did would not start. I pulled engine code and it says that the new camshaft senor is bad. I replaced with the old cam sensor. The car now starts but it is only running on two cylinders. The coil pack is new, and as the car runs it gets very hot. I have an ignition tester and the other coil is firing.

Hmmm replace or borrow a working set of coil packs to know if which one is the faulty. Also make sure to reset the ecu to erase very codes.
