hold enter until it stops then AS SOON as it stops press ALT+F4 and it closes the window before it has a chance to load again

i jus restarted my comp and when i did i hit resume my current session and it started again AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! and then i restarted again and clicked start new session
