Quick little update, installed the flywheel, clutch kit and trans. Picked up a 23 spline transfercase and cleaned it up.

Its been a while since I posted on here, finally got the car running last spring and made it to the track once. My best run was a 13.3 at 114mph w/ a really crappy 60ft, 20psi and knock in 4th gear. Currently is tuned for 30psi and runs great. I just gotta find time to run it again. Here are pics...

 

30psi, damn! How well should it hold up to that much boost?

 

So far pretty good lol. Its a blast to drive.

 

I can't even imagine how much fun that would be. I test-drove a brand new one of those in 1990 or 1991, the salesman must have been thinking "Get this kid out of here, he can't afford it." Was headed into the Army and figured I could swing the payment once I had solid income, but it wasn't enough and I ended up with a used Celica. Not quite the same.
