Default anyone need sidework?

I Live in Montgomery co. MD, have a 94 Diamante and would like someone to let me know what you would charge me to replace the valve guide/seals. I have all the parts so I just need a labor quote and someone willing to do it. Any takers??

That'sa pretty deep job for a side job... You're talking about timing and head gasket as well.

I'd do it but you're likely too far away and I'm not sure I have all the tools necessary to do the job. Once I start getting paid again I'll pick some more things up and possibly be able to take on a job like that. Have you even looked into the prices for parts? Check the pricing for Head gasket, head bolts (Can't reuse them due to torque specs stretching them), valve cover gasket, guides/seals. Then if you REALLY want to do things right you'll also look into getting the timing belt, belt tensioner, and water pump (All 3 should be done together being that they're all in the same area).

I have seals, and valve cover gaskets, I am not fully familiar with the job and was not aware it involved removing the heads, but I will price out the gaskets and I do know what you mean about doing the timing belt while your already in there. Whenever you feel like you are prepared send me a message and we can probably work something out. I have not been a member here all that long, but are there any like article sections that explains how to do stuff (not that I am going to attempt a job of this size, just crious to see exatly whats involved)
