The other day I raced my friends 2003 GS with my 2003 Sahara wrangler 4.0L and nearly cried. Every single race I won and by a lot. The only close one was when he passed me flooring it and was 2 car lengths ahead before I nailed it. I really wanted an V6 eclipse but if the 4cylinder gets beat that bad how much faster can the v6 be? I realize that my jeep is an inline 6 but it weighs almost 3400lbs and has absolutely no aerodynamics while he is supposed to have a sportier car. Also how much does an eclipse weigh he said it weighs over 3800 lbs while I read that they weigh only 3100 lbs? Also he has an automatic and I have a manual but it really shouldn't have made that much more difference in a roll race? Some body please convince me that the V6's are a lot faster and maybe list what they could beat stock?

GS= Very slow. but the GS is the best of the 3rd gen eclipse to turbo charge they can boost up to like 15PSI and make around and over 300HP without any motor build ups at all

 

the GS weights about 3300 las t I knew. they are only 109HP at teh wheels with an intake so they are slowwwww cars they are made more for reliability and comuter cars

the V6 is WAY faster than the GS its not a fast car but it runs 15.1s the GS runs like 17.1s the GT has more Tq so youll know it right off the bat


If anyone will know those two cars it is me I have had one of each BTW the autos are heaver and slower
