There's a lotta turbo dsm guys that can't launch and give dsm's a bad reputation. Can you beleive a 94 gst guy only running low 15's? I was like "Man, you don't need that car, try racing something else like maybe a bicycle or somethin." The thing is though, the guy was happy about it. He said he wanted 14's but 15's are ok. I can't beleive they let that loser on the strip after the first time. The car was modded too, K&amp;N intake and buchur exhaust. He kept saying that there's "no way to avoid the wheelspin, he was launching perfectly." That about got me and myfriends a little upset since he *thinks* he knows what he's doing and won't listen to reason. He launchs like he has an automatic, he just lets the clutch out slowly and floors it. After he bogs a little for the first second, he get's some pretty bad wheelspin and kinda takes off. Trap speeds were decent though....not too embarrasing, but everyone there was like "this guy is a moron". Oh, good kill on the geeser, Crash. And 91, the RSX is crap. Race him, beat him, and then laugh at him some more. </P>


Update: my spyder ran a 14.87 on these new Ventus tires. Not too bad, but i kept chirping it on the 1st-2nd shift. I'm aiming for a mid to low 14, but if i fix my motor mount and get some softer tires, i'm sure i can hit it. The motor mount on the drivers side is torn so i get some wheel hop if launch too aggresively. Spyderman, haven't heard from you lately....</P>

CRASH- that acura still dont have anything on me. I know the guy that does all the work on it. He is one of my dads "brothers" (its a mason thing) but anyway, i talked to him and he still says that he has nothing on me. I believe him because hes a brother and the fact that this boy who drives it probably dont know how to put windshield washer fluid in his car. I might race him for the hell of it. It's funny, il be pulling out of the school parking lot and he will be reving up his engine...Hes a tipical spoiled rotten richie richie. Atleast i had to work for my 1st car (the 91) lil baztaRd
