Sorry.. very general and ignorant statement.... aaah what the hell

 

I will give you an example on how it is a more natural thing. I have 4 daughters, #3 is the only one that truly understands that when pulling in you have to swing wide because the back of the car does not follow the front tires on a turn if you are trying to pull into a spot between two cars. #1 (married and gone so it may be better now) and #4 do not understand this concept at all and I would get a heart attack everytime they would try to pull into a spot and drive near the cars on the side they want to park and they do not start farther outbut nearly wipe out the passenger side on the car when pulling into the space from the right. The nose of the car is in the right spot so they thinkback should be too, but this is not how it works. The front of the car turns a different radius than the back. I have been trying to get the youngestto back into spots to save the side of the cars but that isstillnot a donedeal.

 

I feel for ya. Some idiot rear-ended my corolla (my daily driver) at a stop light. I was trying to be nice and clear off to a side road to let traffic through and exchange insurance info, and the **** takes off. I end up bustin *** back onto the highway to catch up with him. I buried the needle at 110 and was still accelerating after he took off when I came up behind him. He passed a column of traffic, and I would have done the same but there was another column coming the opposite way, so I broke off. Even worse, when I stopped into a gas station to make sure there was no damage (beyond 2 very terrified passengers), I called the cops and got a message saying they were gone for the weekend! WTF, so I can't make a report if I get hit on saturday. I didn't even get the plates b/c they were temps and hard to read.

Hit and run sucks ***.

 

damn man that really does suck.. how did i not see this thread 5months ago haha.. but hey, if you look at this, how did it turn out?

 

never found that car that hit me. went out nd got me another fender of the same color at the junk yard. GSX as great as it was when it wasn't hit. can't notice anything except for chips and rashes on my rims.
