2012 Outlander - Lancer struts on back????
This is a crazy question. I have a 2012 and am looking for options to gain some clearance and load capacity and in North America there seems to be zero options. Has anybody ever tried using a lancer strut as a direct replacement for the rear shock? Compressed and relaxed length is very close to the same and it looks as if it should just bolt right on. Provided there is enough clearance, the only other concern would be ride quality. Has anyone tried this?
