do we need coil to lower my car? or can i just get a lowering spring?

It's a matter of preferrence.
Coilover springs are stiffer while lowering springs are the closest to stock you can get in terms of ride and feel.

You can get either coilovers or lowering springs. But DO NOT get the ****ty "coilovers" from ebay. They are crap and will ruin your suspension

Yeah, ebay coilovers are something I wouldn't recommend getting from ebay.
These are "ebay coilovers"...

..or these...


Be smart if looking through ebay. Just know that not all of the coilovers on there aren't like the ones above. There are some Teins, Skunk2, D2, K-Sport in there too. Not everything on ebay is bad.

Springs..
Don't get Tein clones like these..


Ebay does have a lot of good springs though. Eibach and Tein. There are even name brand adjustable shocks there too. Remember, do your research.
