Default quick question.. Possibly

I'm ordering a set of lowering springs (either tein S tech or eibach pro kit) and I was wondering if installing them myself would be too difficult... I really don't mind taking it somewhere but do you guys think maybe it could be done at home??? If it is easier to do at home you can go ahead and throw some quick instructions or a link in the reply lol.. Thanks in advance guys

its not that difficult a job. Id say if you got the hang of it, it shouldnt take more than 1/2 hour per wheel. But doing it the first time its possible it may take 1 hour for the first wheel till you got the hand of it.

The first few steps of this help since it shows how to get the springs off the struts

You need to rent some spring compressors which i know autozone does for free (just give them cash as collateral, and then they give it back when returned)

just a good socket wrench set. Thats about it. All the bolts to remove the strut are hex heads.

Hey man, let me know how it goes. I plan on lowering my Eclipse as well and would rather do it at home than take it to a shop.
