Hey everyone, I have 2 questions if anyone can help…

From the picture you can see it seems like my Outlander touchscreen has dirt or debris behind the actual touchscreen panel outer casing. How do I remove the outer casing so I can clean behind me the touchscreen casing? I would imagine you remove the two ***** and then that plastic trim should pop off with the trim removal tools?

Additionally I replaced my key fob battery and continue to get the “low key battery” status on the dash panel. I have changed the battery in the fob a few times but continue to get the same error? Any ideas how to clear or reset that?
