Hi, i need help with my galant. The car hasn't been running for more than 5years.

So i restored it but it wont start. the car cranks but doesn't start.

when i turn the key to on, i hear a clicking sound from inside the dashboard which continues for around 10 sec or so.

till now i've checked the in tank fuel pump. i cant hear or feel it running. I've check voltage across its supply terminals and there is no power to it.

any ideas how to diagnose the issue? i'm unable to find wiring diagram or troubleshoot for a 4G94 galant
