2013 Outlander stereo head unit upgrade

I received my Connects2 CAM-MT1-RT weeks ago.
Connects2 pictures dont show all of it so here is some pictures of it.

It has an extra wire (light blue) which does not appear to do anything on my car, maybe it connects on different model Outlanders.
The orange cables are 12+ reverse in and out.
Inside black box (which is marked as RockRear-01 on the outside)

Most of it is unpopulated and there is nothing important on the reverse side.
I can also confirm my description of aargees description of the pinout is correct.

I updated my blogThe (Electronics) Engineers Shed | Australian-centric electronics site to clarify the C107 camera connector pin outs.
Bits: so all that is inside that box is a simple voltage regulator!

I found a manual that appears to clearly explain the pinout of the connectors on the head unit if anyone cares.

Pages 5 + 6 are of interest.
