Default 93' Eclipse Turn Signals Wont Work?

Well my 93' eclipse was recently involved in a front end accident...I fixed it all up and aligned everything...All the wiring looks fine and everything. I just picked up some new headlights and the scenario is that either way i put the signal it blinks fast. Now if i go to the back the blinkers blink fast but if i go to the front they dont even turn on. Now if i turn on my headlights all of the lights INCLUDING the blinkers turn on but they dont blink with the rear lights they just stay on solid. So theyre either ON with the headlights or completely off... I have tried my hazards and they dont work on the front either... I cant figure out what the problem is. All of the fuses are fine... Any suggestions?

Thanks,Matt

you have something wired up wrong. Check your wiring diagrams. It sounds to me that the blinkers are getting the signal from the same feed as the headlights.

the wire connection. Or the bulb itself wasnt in right. Because it seems weird that the bulb not being in right would cause that
