i cant get my compressor to engage. there are 3 wires on the a/c clutch does any one know which wire is the hot wire and the voltage that i should be looking for? when i turn the a/c the coolant fans engage and blower fan comes on but no compressor engages the system is full of freon and checked the low pressure switch.. does any one have any ideas?

It almost has to be somehting with the wiring. Refrigerant level would have nothing to do with it. Could be the clutch is shot and wont engage. Did you have it serviced not to long ago??? it is possible they removed the oil and never put it back in causing your compressor to go to hell. That pretty much is all the possibilities.

 

yeah i checked the fuse it was fine i think it must be the wiring does any one know the wiring diagram?

 

so no one has any ideas???
