I have yet another question. When I turn the key in my Talon to just the on position, not start it, just running from the battery. The ISC just goes crazy, clicking like there's no tomorrow. My question is, would that be a problem with the ECU or the ISC it's self? Thanks for the help.

 

the clicking is perfectly normal.
