No spark, no fuel injection, Eclipse 2.0 Liter Turbo 1990 please help!

Default No spark, no fuel injection, Eclipse 2.0 Liter Turbo 1990 please help!
Hi there,
I own a 2.0 liter Eclipse 1990 turbo. It cranks but doesn't start. It doesn't spark, and has no fuel injection. I checked the coil, power transistor, and the Fuel Injection Relay. These were all okay... This car has been sitting around for 3 years... Anyone have any ideas?? Any help or suggestions, would be appreciated!!!

Could be a bad sensor. Like the cam position sensor.

Take out the pcm and check the circuit board for any leaking caps.
