Its his GSX with a bouncy idle and engine knocking..

and I hate to say that sounds ALOT like a spun bearing I wouldnt run the car any more because if it is you killing the head and turbo possibly by running it. Sounds like its time for a 6Bolt swap (which TheEngineer happens to have an extra one laying around)

That is just my thoughts based on that vid I may be wrong though (and I actually hope I am)

 

wow... thats not too good sounding. The bouncy idle could be from the iac... but that knocking is a rebuild at the door.

 

Well I'll give my opinions when I get home and can view the site (Calling for name and PW cuz I'm at school).

 

the idle is because its cold as ***** here and i know it shouldnt do it. her engineer how much do you want for the engine if you still have it?

 

yes he still has it... He has a 91 GSX 6 bolt block and head... the head is port matched with a 3 angle valve job and he has a JDM galant VR4 tranny

Ya man sorry to tell you its a spun bearing[:@], dont run the motor anymore if you want to save that turbo...what ever metal shavings are in the oil with destroy the turbo.
