Painting Wheel Covers on My 1991
Does anyone have these stock plastic wheel covers? That is what is on my 91. Bought it brand new 08/1990, same month/year it was manufactured.
Anyway, I would like to fix them up. They are scratched, that is what 20 years of wear and tear will do.
Has anyone painted theirs and if so maybe you would tell us the steps and the results over time.
