Will the car start with the SAFC disconectted from the harness?

 

It was the black ground, it came unplugged. It seems like everytime I solve a problem it creates a new one... Now my VFD wont work on the safc. The arrow buttons and the previous/next buttons light up but not the other part... Any suggestions

 

VFD?

 

Vacuum Flourecent Display.... The part thats displays the numbers and graphs...

 

crack open the SAFC maybe internally you pulled out a wire? the SAFC is easy to opend it is like cheap plastic lol.

 

and doeble check your red brown and black wires make sure those are all in the right spots making good connections

 

Those damn connections are just such a pain Me and emonz know all about that
