Default so much trouble.

ive had my gsx for 2 monhes now. its been in the shop about 1 and a half monthes, now i got it back, well it has: MBC,Turbo timer, Evo III exhaust manifold, hks intake, 2 1/4 inch straight pipe with turbo muffler. well only in first gear it stutters. when i punch it in first gear, it will stutter at around 4500 rpm's and when i let off and then punch it again it allows me to keep going. then in 2-5th gear it is ok. i dont know why this is and ive had this problem before. and the MBC is set at 14psi. thanks

you will need to build one of these to look for leaks:

http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ICtester.html

or just take it back to the mechanic an tell him whats wrong, im just making suggestions on things to check for it might not even be a leak.

ok so after my light bulbs all burned out, i found its every gear that does that at 5000 rpm's. if im in first and i gun it, the car will jerk and hit some sort of "Rev limiter" it feels like. and then i have to either let go and ease into it, or shift gears. then the same happens when i gun it again. i have no clue. its been taken apart about 6 times, while in the shop, and today it seemed to Back Fire. so can someone help me?

if its a really hard jerk then it might be fuel cut...which means your maxing out your pump or injectors...i forget which.

it stops going farther, and then ill let go and ease into it, and itll work, the shop just told me they think my turbo is going bad, or is bad, what do you think? this is probably the time to upgrade turbos.

Sounds almost like fuel cut. My second thought would be spark ignition wires or plugs. If it was your turbo you would be blowing white/blue smoke of your exhaust.
