EBC? Nah, MBC all the way. When was the last time anyone had to set their boost on the fly? My foot is multistage boost controller, lol. All I care about and I'm am most certain Racer too, is WOT boost control, lol. Plus, if the MBC fails, it's a $50 purchase, if an EBC fails..."where to start", pops into my head ...
Doesn't this boost controller have a lock nut? You said that it's too loose, a lock nut may help remedy the **** from backing out, which is what it sounds like it's doing IMO.

you should see what he can do with his foot...

anyways.. Try putting some tape on it to hold it from twisting.. If that does the trick I would just say that boost controller is just a pos and I would get a different one..

 

I took a pair of pliers and smashed the **** out of the **** on top, its really hard to turn, and dont move itself now

WOT boost control is all i need. Just need my max limit to stay, if you wanna see a well calibrated foot come ride with me right now while the roads are still all packed down snow and slick as hell., Wear a diaper so i wont have to clean my seat.
