i have a TurboXS Conversion Boost Controller and i don't have a problem like that ...may be its a bad unit...my 2 cents

Does everything seem solid when you adjust it? How easy does it turn when you adjust it?

Turns too easy IMO, i took it back once and got another and this one does it too.
piece of ****. Mostly when i drive on the highway,constant higher RPM vibration i guess. Im gonna try leaving it hang on by the hoses instead of having it zip tied to the recirc hose.

if its electronic, you may have the one of the settings set wrong... check your manual, or tell us what you've got so we can better help.

hmmm. I think Im stumped here. Unless either you are hitting the ****, or one of your wires is loose, or improperly connceted
