the 190 will be fine.

You can run about 15-17 psi on stock injectors

 

I dunno bout that.. 17+ lbs of boost on that 50 trim turbo is really pushing it on stock injectors.. You prolly will start getting fuel cut.. (Not 100% sure b/c I dont run your setup, but to be safe I would upgrade them)

 

On the hotside of the 14bthere are 2 cracks in the ironaroundwherethe flapper is located.Do you think this will mess anything up? Do you think some kind of high temp metel repair will work? I have some metel repair stuff at work thats good up to 2400 degrees you think this will hold?
