Im getting no fuel and no spark in my 1995 eclipse RS. I hear the relay clicking for the fuel pump, but is that before or after the ecu? It was noticed today that the CEL light does not come on when attempting to start the car, which tells me the ecu is not responding. I tried using an ecu from a 1997 eclipse rs, but not sure if its entirely compatible, if there was any changes over the 2 yrs or not.

If anyone has any input i would highly appreciate it, I have already replaced the battery, starter, coil, plugs, wires, and the relays to the fuel pump (4 relays on firewall behind the battery) I havent replaced the ignition control module or ignition switch because the switch appears to be functioning properly getting the relays to go and the engine to crank.
