Possibly killing the turbo or injectors. Just turn the boost contoller down and see what that does.

 

yea mostly the turbo will get blown pretty quick like that. Also try and find the #'s on the turbo to see if its the stock one or not

 

yeah that what I was thinking. I know it has TDOH-5, Im not sure if that could be stock, but I think it could be a 14g or 16g

Nope, I dont and my car is an hour away at the dealers. I should get the car back this thursday so I guess I have to wait till then. I also asked them to write down the #'s on the turbo for me. If it has TDO5-H its most likely not stock, right?

 

Its definetly not stock becuase the stock turbos are the t25 which is a garrett turbo and the TD05h means that its a mitsubishi turbo. You might want to get ahold of the person you bought this off of and figure out what he has in this that hasnt told you about

 

max boost with upgraded fuel pump 15-16 psi and with bigger fuel injectors and AFC you can boost up to 18 psi.

 

Unfortunatley, I bought this car from a dealership, who bought this car at an auction. There arne't too many 98 GS-Ts with only 67000 miles on it so I jumped at the opportunity to get it. I love the car, I just wish I could get it running right.

 

well you can actually boost 15-16 on the stock fuel pump
