you can kill the turbo by over boosting past its peek power curve, bt if its not a t25 then dont worry about it. You cant hurt the injectors, their not located in the cumbustion chamber where the real dammage takes place. When you run lean your egt's go up and well every thing kinda melts togather. In your case though you are going to be alright. My friend has a 99 gst and was running 21psi on the stock fuel system for a bit(he did a few pulls and then the car hicuped so he turned the boost back down). The car got hit by a drunk driver and just now has he started to work on it again. He pulled off the head and the exaust valves were white. That was about the extent of the dammage. Dosent sound bad but, it takes 6 reveloutions to melt a piston, and at 5000 rpm's your piston moves 83 times in one second, that means you have 1/13 of a second to let off the gas.... hows your reaction time?
