Default 2G SPYDER EXHAUST BANG

Hey i have a 3" turbo back apexi N1 system on my car, never thought much about it but when i 1-2 shift hard or launch hard i kept hearing a loud bang, which me and my friends thought it was coming from under the hood the whole time, thought it was bad mount or something. So i plan on going to the track next week to try out my new slicks and i wanted to find and fix the problem.I took it to a friends mechanic and he looked the front end up and down and founf nothing bad.I was like dam...so we took a ride,i made it make the noise. He immediately said man thats coming from the back!I was astonished because from the driver seat it came from under the hood to me.We put it back on the lift and sure enough where therear section of the exhaust meets together, the donuts(joint itself) was hitting the subframe when i would shift or do an agressive launch. At rest its a good inch away from where it was hitting,i cant believe exhaust will move that much.SO now im gonna fab up a new hanger that will pull horizontially (left to right) to keep a little strain on the pipe to keep it from shifting over and making the horrendous noise it is making.I was just wondering if anyone else had/has this problem.I had the exhaust on for over a year and put up with the sound(since its not everyday that it would happen) but now i have it figured out.....

the bang is unburnt fuel igniting in the exhaust. Its nothing to worry about

NO.....the bang is the exhaust slapping the subframe when i shift agressively,or launch agressively, there are serious marks to prove it.........

Sounds like you just need to attach the exhaust better, if its moving around that much.. I have the same setup and Ive never had a problem with that... Mine seems really secure..

Maybe because its a spyder, its a lil different on the bottom, because the system has hangers galore on it already and its still does it.I am gonna fab a new hanger up this weekend to stop it from doing that.
