Default Mods to get

hEY MAN, ITS 3AM in the morning and I'm glad to help, I'm on here to find out some stuff, I have a 94 SL.

#1 change your intake so car can breathe better, better sound at higher rpm, that is the filter and pipe... not just the filer, I have INJEN, there is also K&N, I recommend 3sx.com and dynmicracing.com. you will get a little HP and it will work with other mods together, for example exhaust and intake work good together, the more air the car breathes in the more it breathes it out

#2 exhaust. if you have non-turbo BORLA is your answer on 3sx its 850 and thats cheap, its a catback exhaust system and a real dual exhuat stainless steel (you know that factory is not dual exhaust) has a million mile warranty, greater sound,...BUT for power you wanna get the 3sx.com longtube headers they're 699 (regret I didnt get them for 500 when they were on sale for xmas...). put a high fllow catalyc converter, I have the test pipe (straight pipe and its a pain in NY to pass inspection, you gota know ppl.

#3 suspension, do your springs , lowering springs and shocks/struts ofcourse, you can do your sway bars, and strut tower braces, I did not touch suspension on my car but plan to. your car will handle better, turns and everything, a must if you want to bring your car to the track of if u want good handking for example and evolution= unbelievable handling

#4, if you have manual do your clutch, I have stage 1 organic EXEDY, good brands are exedy, spec, fianza, act, etc... and lightweight flywheel from fidanza , i have it but after driving the car for a while it loses grip...idk y i think the mechanic did a lousy job on the install

#5 spark plugs (iridium I have and magnecore 8.5mm racing spark plug wires, lightweight crank pulley I have the stick size one is a good mod also, polyurethane motor mounts keep ur engine glued to ur car and at first when I got them installed the car rumbled like a tank, that stiff and powerful,

#6, I would say if you just got it do ur brake pads atleast, stainless steel brake lines will give you better braking because the rubber ones expand and these dont, and last you can do NOS(BUT BECAREFUL I WOULDNT IT CAN COST U AN ENGINE NOT WORTH IT ID SAY, and internals , cam gears, camshaft, pistons, this is the expensiver stuff, if you have ne questions please ask I had my 94 sl for about 4.5 years, change ur oil ofcouse and maintain it do your 60K tune up always use premium fuel
