Yeah he is parting it out. However his tranny is in perfect condition. The car was not wrecked or anything... the motor went pop

He was getting on it... and a chunk broke off the block

 

http://www.teamrip.com/ do exchange and rebuilds also. My previous tranny was kinda hard to get into 3rd gear also. Not always but occasionally, just got used to it. Eventually the syncro blew lost 3rd/4th gear and it took a peice of the tranny case. It became beyond rebuild. Just my little story lol.
