Are the 3rd gen eclipse any good?,as far to modified. i'm still looking to get an eclipse buti haven't found it yet.i read the new eclipse gt is rated at 205hp/205torque from factory.that is close to the 97-99 gsxor gst without a turbo,i wonder if the 3rd gen can be turbocharge!how much will be the output of the engine and how long will it last.</P>

All depends on how much boost to put to it. I've heard of some 2G holding 20PSI, but I wouldn't recommend it.</P>

It you put 7PSI on it and it wasn't designed for it, I would say 30K miles if you're nice to it and keep your cell phone on you.</P>
