i dont think the 420a have one. since its not on the cluster with the 420a's they didnt put one in. why you ask, you wanting to put in a oil pressure gauge and tie it in to the existing sending unit?

yeah... i need that oil pressure gauge since i have a pretty weak memory and tend to forget a lot about the oil... but there's one though... i mean the cluster has it... every single car has a warning oil light... which i myself hve seen out of my own forgetability

far as i know the 420a's dont even have the factory pressure gauge on the cluster either. but if your worried about changing the oil, or checking the oil regularly. just write notes on a calender or program the reminder in your phone.

Damn... that no good news... and yeah i even got a nice widget for as a reminder.... but like i said.... im just way disorganized....

SO!... my only option would be getting one of those sandwich adaptors and put the pressure sensor that came with the gauge there? or is the low oil level sensor replaceable with that one?....im just contemplating possibilities cuz i already got the gauge and it was one hell of a deal

the oil pressure gauge wont ever really tell you if your low on oil...if thats what your going to use it for. it will tell you that you lost pressure, but by then half your oil would be gone or you lost your pump. the only way to check your oil to see if you gotta add more is to manually check the dip stick. but you could puta sandwich if you just wanna monitor your pressure but i would just use an aftermarket gauge because factory gauges arnt accurate, they're more like a guideline.

why you worried about your oil, you got a leak?

yeah... i think i do... and for some reason i hear a lil bit of knocking, kinda like if for somereason my oil thins.... but i dont have a blown gasket... my vacuum is fine... so i just wanted to check on if im running the standard oil pressure... and plus like i said... i got the gague as a good deal...
Btw.... i thought that if you drop down a lb or 2 you definitely need to check on the oil dont ya? haha
