My 4g64 just decided to take a path to end itself. Its a 96 spyder gs and all started when the car stall I mean a lot in DRIVE. Now it just rev in DRIVE and all the other gears. It does move a little when you start it up and afterward the same thing happen. I'm pretty sure it the tranny[sm=smiley13.gif][sm=smiley13.gif][sm=smiley13.gif]

 

ok im gonna guess that it is an automatic . yes it is ur trans. call a transmission shop they will figure it out right away. this sounds just like what my old truck did. i think it was something to do with the torqe converter or something. get ready for a very nice bill that u will love to pay.

 

yea im leaning toward a torque converter as well.
