just picked this up, 90 eclipse, starts, idle is hi and low sometimes, give it some pedel and its fine for about 15 min. then it kinda cuts out and stalls. pushing lots of carbon, let it sit a while and it starts back up. looking into
TPS but at the time engine light not on? pulled sensor plug on air cleaner and engine light works like it should. plugs rather new and wires look new to no oil in holes! fuel filter new. like to get this car running again.[:@]

 

i have the same problem. was told that internal sensors are going out or have gone like the high rpm sensor or evan the idol control sensor. it is hard to tell. the only way to tell unfortuantely is to take it to the dealer and get a dignostic test. useully range about 80 bucks.
