I noticed the car would just randomly shut of, so i would crank it and start right up. it would be fine for a few days then do it again. after 4 times of that it shut off and would not start again. under the hood i saw the 30amp motor fuse blown. replaced it and set crank and it blew again. I replaced the coil pack as it was bad, turned the key to acc fuse was good, cranked it and pop again.. i was told the ecu is toast under the hood. i do know when i saw the popped fuse the first time the ecu was so hot i couldnt touch it. I have checked the grounds and all are fine, battery terminals have corrision but will be cleaning them shortly. no frayed wires. i disconnected the alt from the fuse and cranked it and it pops still. so i hope it is the ecu. anything else i can check, hate to but a new ecu to find out it was something i could have missed. thanks in advance
