is this a 'p5 talon? if so, how did they fit the fmic?

I am pretty sure its possible, but you will have to make a couple adjustments. Like bumper trimming (cutting the front bumper) so that the FMIC will fit. I think you also have to change your stock fan. Buy a skinnier one. You can get one off Extremepsi.com for about $90. I think you also have to remove the big hard plastic piece right behind the bumper... not too sure about that. I think you do though.

Its definitely possible to put on a FMIC with that bumper, as shown in the pic you provided.

yea they must have done some cutting of the bumper and relocation of some things like some lines and like agallardo said with the fan

yes thats a 95-96 talon... depending on the size of the front mount you might have to remove the bumper reenforcement. Also depending on the intercooler you don't necessarily need different fans. The biggest one from slowboy for the 2g doesn't require new fans, but if you're getting that intercooler you should have a bigger turbo which will require it. here is a picture of my car with the old talon bumper on it, with the slowboy intercooler

If you have to remove the bumper reinforcment....just hope you never run into anything especial hard enough to deploy airbags
